Abel's journey in the professional world began with his role at Volkswagen Group, where he initially contributed to volume and profit planning and analysis. Notably, he was the youngest employee at Volkswagen Group to hold a Bachelor's Degree at the time. His trajectory within the company saw him undertaking significant responsibilities, including business management roles in China and serving as the Executive Assistant to the Chief Strategy Officer. Abel's tenure at Volkswagen laid a solid foundation in automotive, financial analysis, and corporate strategy, showcasing his ability to navigate complex global business landscapes.
